Weekly business hours

All hours use Eastern time (America/Toronto), including daylight saving time. Pickup only.

Online orders and pickup

Customers can place orders from 11 am to 9 pm. Allow at least 30 minutes before pickup. With these defaults, pickup runs from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm.

For individual orders, use the order drawer to add a note or send an update about extra preparation time.

Pickup choices respect the weekly schedule, order window and minimum notice. Closed days and paused online ordering have no available slots. Overnight hours are not supported.

Orders not picked up

At 11 pm Eastern on the scheduled pickup date, orders that are still New, Preparing or Ready for pickup are cancelled automatically.

No refunds. No credits. Picked Up and previously cancelled orders are excluded.

A cancellation email is scheduled to the customer’s order email address at 11 pm.

Prototype: the browser can demonstrate the rule at 11 pm while open. Reliable scheduled cancellation and email delivery require the backend scheduler and email service.
